"I am a very active (60+) 'outdoor' person. This often leads to tight muscles in my neck and pains in my back. Also, I have chronic low back pain. "The Natural Touch is conveniently located, and the Therapists are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. I have used their services for many years. The facility is clean and attractive.
As I have aged through the years, I found that I have more than stress to relieve, I havehealth issues that cause pain, stiffness, and soreness; therefore, I have regular massages that help ease these age related ailments.
I am also a breast cancer survivor. I had a radical mastectomy over thirty years ago. The surgery left my dominate side weak and often in pain. Thirty-four years ago, breast cancer treatment offered few options and there was little or no therapy. I have used the massage therapists at The Natural Touch to help me regain some of the resulting loss ofmobility and to reduce pain in my arm and shoulder resulting from my radical mastectomy. I encourage women who have had the disease or other illnesses to consider massage therapy as a treat to themselves for relaxation, better circulation, and pain reduction." -CB
"Loss of toxins in my lymph glands and increased circulation throughout my extremities are first in mind. Massage keeps me young to perform my work for my family. It is essential!" -Daniel L. Clark
"I have been a client at The Natural Touch since 2000 and am now a "retired" teacher. During the past 10 years, regular massages and reflexology have helped me deal with the chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, severe migraines, and other symptoms associated with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). I know that I could not have continued teaching the last three years of my career without this therapy!! The stress of teaching was escalating all of my symptoms to the point that I increased my sessions to twice a month and often went on a weekly basis in order to cope.
Everyone at The Natural Touch is caringand helpful. Each therapist brings his or her individual talents, knowledge, and experience to help alleviate stress and pain and bring healing to injured areas. They also teach you range of motion movements that help you work out trouble areas between sessions. I highly recommend the therapy that is offered at The Natural Touch to everyone! (Many of my friends and family are clients)." -Vetra Wilson
For years I have suffered with aching muscles, neck, and back pain and soreness. A few years back I found out that I have Fibromyalgia. There were times when I hurt so bad that I could barely tolerate it or function very well.
In 2005, I had a car accident and suffered whiplash. I didn't do well with the medications the doctors put me on, so I opted to go for a more natural treatment. I began going to a Chiropractor and while being treated by him, I also started therapy at The Natural Touch. By the time I was released from both their care, I had become a believer in what they were doing. I not only recuperated from the accident, but I also began to feel improvement overall.
I have continued going to The Natural Touch on a monthly basis. I feel much better. I may experience some discomfort during the month, but the pain and soreness is not as intense as it used to be. After my monthly massage therapy, I always find relief for the tightening of the muscles, the tension in the neck and shoulders. The relief that I experience, the overall feeling of mobility and looseness, is something I have grown to appreciate. To not be in continual pain and soreness as I was, is a blessing. I have recommended The Natural Touch to others and will continue to do so." - Betty Stanley
